Bridges: Where Journeys Meet

Architecture MasterPrize features an in-depth interview with photographer Ramin Barzegar about his award-winning photographic series, “Bridges: Where Journeys Meet.”

The series was recognized as a winner in the Bridges category of the 2025 Architecture Photography MasterPrize. Through architectural photography, Barzegar explores bridges not simply as engineered structures, but as visual expressions of connection, movement, scale, and human intention.

In the interview, Barzegar discusses his creative process, the influence of his background in industrial design, his approach to light and composition, and the challenges of finding the precise vantage point from which each structure reveals its character.
